Python toolkit for advanced analysis of correlation histograms from atom probe tomography.

Abinitio Field Evaporation Simulator

Python • DFT • SPHInX

A utility Python module to create high electric field density functional theory calculations. Prerequisites are SPHInX and pyiron.

APT Trajectories

A python based implementation of Robin-Rolland model, to simulate the field evaporation trajectories in atom probe tomography.
